Your approved quote is locked to a private payment link. Amounts are calculated on the server and checkout is handled securely by Stripe.
Completion balance
Released after the job is marked complete and the final walkthrough is finished.
If we cancel
If Vanguard cancels and cannot provide the agreed service, your deposit is refunded in full.
If you cancel, the 10% deposit is non-refundable except where required by law. This policy does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Read the booking terms →
